SKMS has served as the foundation of SK’s corporate culture for building SK's corporate culture by forming a consensus among all members of SK.

Business activities and corporate culture rooted in SKMS have played critical roles in the continuous growth and development of SK.

It is the backbone of SK’s business philosophy and corporate culture to leap forward as a global leader in a rapidly changing business environment and continuously being upgraded and improved.

All SK People practice SKMS with a firm belief, accordingly.

이해관계자의 행복
Happiness of Stakeholders
A company must maintain stability and growth and continuously survive and develop.

SK will elevate its values towards customer, members, and shareholders and play an essential role in social and economic development by pursuing the belief.

SK believes that its mission is to create greater happiness for its numerous stakeholders.

The ultimate goal that we pursue is being happy by making those around us happy.
SUPEX Quest
As part of its efforts to expand the happiness of stakeholders, SK strives to reach its goal of SUPEX, short for SUPER Excellent, the highest level humanly achievable.
Pae-gi
SK is fully aware that its members are the focus of the management and the pursuit of SUPEX can only be realized when members give their best.

We believe that this will be attained by our members engaging in the “Voluntarily and Willingly Brain Management” strategy.

“Pae-gi” refers to a state where the brain is voluntarily and willing engaged.

People with “Pae-gi” take on and achieve higher goals, strive to develop required competencies, and produce better performance through teamwork.

SK attaches great importance to encouraging “Pae-gi”, while creating the best possible environment so that they can demonstrate their competencies to the maximum.
