Paju Energy Service has valued talented employees and has been making numerous efforts to develop competencies of its members.
Paju Energy Service has established and updated the fostering talent program every year to understand changes in the business environment and continuously listen to the opinions of members to contribute to the development of the Company.
We have been actively implementing many programs such as behavioral competency training to improve common competencies and job-specific competency trainings (e.g., LNG, electric power, district energy, city gas, etc.) to grow business management and job knowledge and skills in each business field. Moreover, we have actively given assistance to our members in achieving their career goal based on the CDP established on a yearly basis for each individual.
By defining the required competencies for each job position and title and developing leadership programs linked to the competencies, we have set the ultimate goal of fostering the people-performance-change management competencies necessary for leaders. In addition, to nurture next-generation leaders, we have selected leader candidates based on the well-organized system and intensify their leadership in an intensive manner and job competencies through tailored programs, such as MBA and job expert courses.
To cultivate global talents necessary for successful global business performance, we have operated various programs such as Chinese intensive courses, overseas professional competency programs, in-house language courses, etc.

The core of fostering talent is “fostering talent by work.” We have furnished support to help employees develop into talented individuals through diverse job experiences, job expansion, project performance, action learning, mentoring, coaching, etc.
We have given expenses for self-development to all employees so that they can enhance necessary competencies compared to the requirements for each individual.
We have supported the development of talented individuals through several HRD systems, including education and training, domestic and overseas trainings, common competency/job specialty trainings, foreign language training, etc.
